Achieve Using a Vision Board

Vision boards are a great way to stay focused on your goals. They are also a fantastic tool to assist children in focusing on their goals.

To make one you need a cork board, large piece of paper or cardboard; something with some weight. You will also need fasteners to hold your pictures, either push pins or tape, and your goals.

Find pictures of your goals. If it's a car, get a picture from a dealership's brochure. Look for pictures of the places you want to travel, that new bike, or anything that reflects a goal you want to achieve. Then fill up your board.

If you want something you can take with you everywhere, make a vision book. Paste your pictures of goals into a pocket or purse sized book, then you can always have them with you.

Once you have your pictures up, take the time to sit back and look at them. Think about how you will feel when you have achieved a particular goal. See yourself in the picture. This can be alot of fun.

Do this everyday. Visualize and start achieving your goals.
