Abundant Thinking - Focus on What You Want


Abundant thinking is a great tool to use to achieve your goals; it's simply thinking about what you want. Remember, you bring into your life what you focus on. The challenge is, getting rid of the negative thoughts and actions we don't want to bring into our life.

The first thing you need to accept is that you are responsible for how you think and feel. Only you can change your thoughts, so you need to start being aware of them. When you have a negative thought get rid of it. Here are a couple of techniques I use:


If I have a negative thought I focus on the word "change", and I say it over and over until the negative thought is gone.

If I have a thought about something I don't want, I think, "what is the opposite of this thought", and I focus on that.

I have also taken no, don't and can't out of my vocabulary. This is a great tool to help keep your thoughts focused on what you want.

Some negative thinking has been with us since childhood and changing these thoughts may take time. The more you practice the easier it gets.

The laws of thinking are simple:

If you consistently think about what you don't want, that is exactly what you get.

If you consistently think about what you desire, that is exactly what you get.

Use abundant thinking along with the tools given to you in achieving goals, and realize your dreams.
